Guided Moving Meditation (Mild)

A perfect way to unwind and center yourself, set intentions for the day, or ground into your surroundings. This class uses spiritual language and the elements (earth, wind, water, fire) to lead you through somatic movement that promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and malleability. Turn down the volume on your mental chatter, let the music fill your space. No previous dance or movement experience necessary.

The instructor will play a curated playlist through Zoom.

Spice Level: 1/3 (Music will be less explicit, and verbal cues won't be erotic)
