Sensual Feminine Movement (Spicy)

This class invites you to embrace your sensuality through fluid, graceful movements that awaken the senses and celebrate the beauty of your feminine body. Following a brief check-in to connect with the other women in class, you'll connect with your body and emotions by moving through a 45-50 minute guided warm-up that emphasizes slow, deliberate motions.

Perfect for beginners and seasoned dancers alike, this class creates a safe and supportive space to tap into the joy of feminine movement and self-expression.

It is best to have Spotify Premium for curated playlist, but you can still have a good time without it.

Spice Level: 3/3 (The teacher will use some provocative language, the playlist most likely will include songs with explicit lyrics, and some verbal cues will explicitly celebrate eroticism, feminine energy, and the female body.)

Embodied Dance (Spicy)

Start with a guided warm-up to awaken your body, followed by a moving meditation to deepen your inner awareness. The class concludes with individual free dances, where you're encouraged to explore your unique movements and express your authentic self while being held and witnessed by the other people in class.

Please note that no one is required to do an individual dance. This is a pressure-free and supportive space for all levels to connect with the joy of dance.

Stretch & Release (Mild)

Flow through a series of stretches that enhance mobility and reduce stress. Good for all levels of flexibility, this class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and honor your body’s needs. No pressure, no judgment, no competition.

Spice Level: 0/3 (Language is entirely "Safe for Work" and there is no music. You could take this class with your coworkers and it wouldn’t feel weird.)

Strength & Mobility (Mild)

Come reset your body and mind at the end of the working week. Good for all levels of ability, this class flows through a series of movements designed to strengthen and mobilize in equal measures. It's a great accompaniment to our other offerings as it helps build body awareness and stability to support your movement.

Slow down, breathe deeply, and honor your body's needs. No pressure, no judgement, no competition. Vida gives plentiful options throughout class so you can choose just the right amount of challenge for yourself.

Self-Love & the Anatomy of Arousal

This February, we’re reclaiming Valentine’s energy for the most important relationship of all: the one with yourself.

Join us for a special hybrid workshop focused on the anatomy of arousal.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The structure and function of the clitoris and pelvic erectile tissue

  • Props and toys that can stimulate and support these areas

  • Gentle, guided movement to help your body feel relaxed, responsive, and open

This is a sex-positive, body-honoring space grounded in curiosity, choice, and consent. Participation is always optional. Come to learn, feel, and connect with your body in a new way.
